Please also be advised of the dress code and things to bring with you, as follows: Simple sports clothes Strictly no shoes and no high heels, we suggest flip-flops as you will get wet during the trip Hats Sun Glasses Sun Block Cream Upon your arrival at the launching point, after everyone has signed the waiver forms, paddles and life jackets will be distributed; our guide will do the briefing about the Safety Precautions, Introduction to Kayaking and its Paddling techniques, and rules as part of the Standard Operating Procedures.   Participants should be of 10 and above years old  It is allowed for children under 10 years old to take part if they are accompanies by their guardian. It is not allowed to take part for persons weighing more than 150 kilograms.
